Leach trap

Looking for the do's and don'ts. Of leach traping. Was cleaning up the pond at work and pulled a can out covered in leachs. So fishing comes right to mind. I think I'm gonna use a tin coffee can and beef liver. Any tips will help

Any thing bloody works, dead or dry meat don 't ,try a paper towel around it in tin, you tube shows some good ideas that work
