thinking port dalhousie or st chatharines witch is better and whats a good time to go for salmon in this area.thanks for any input.

You can launch out of either Jordan or Port D. I would start in the 15-25 fow and run boards and stick baits and work from there. If you launch out of Port D. try heading towards Weller. Good luck if you make it out and let us know how you did.

thanks r-s ill be running downriggers and lead core. trying to get a good time of summer to go? planning on golfing, biking and some wine tours.its vacation with wife.will be looking for good places to stay on airbinb

When are you thinking of going? I have never fished that way past June. I am usually fishing the north shore at that point. If it’s a calm day, head out to the Blue Zone and enjoy as it can be crazy at times with fish out there.

thinking first second week in june. my biggest concern is where are the big fish that time off year.time isn't a concern.i can go any time.

I would suggest going on the Spoonpullers board and do some reading from last years south shore and see wha info’s there and when it’s getting close to when you’re going see if any updates from this year or you can ask to see what people are saying and suggestions.

X2 on spoonpullers awesome site, try Lake Ontario United as well another great source of information on multiple topics.

Went out of Oakville this morning wind switched bite stopped .. ran 1 dipsey 1 lead with a board and riggers took one 4lb king , an 8lb laker and 12 lb laker. 80fow
