Happy Canada Day everyone.

I rarely if ever eat breakfast, but here's what we had for breakfast today. Some call it a lumberjack breakfast, some a trucker's breakfast, I guess it really depends on where you are.

I just called it breakfast and the boss lady was pleased ;)

Mine on the left, boss lady's on the right (her pancakes had choc chips in them hence the slightly darker coloring. :) )
