Ok guys, don't want to start a brand war and I know not many guys use electronics in the bay for ice fishing but I will assume that some of you fish locations that justify one. I am considering getting a new unit and was wondering if any one has a flx28 or Marcum lx6/7 and would like to give there input on the unit, good or bad. I currently have a Marcum vx1 pro and its been a good unit for the money but just not sure what unit to pull the trigger on?? Any input would be appreciated. Thx

A friend of mine had a Marcum up north this fall. It worked very well and he outlined that he has had no issues with any of their products.
