I'm still new to the pizza game. We've done it a few times now on our kamado. I've been trying to nail a good neapolitan style crust. Found Vito Iacopelli on YouTube and tried one of his recipes.
Wow! Definitely worth the time to make it from scratch. He has so many videos that show how you can make it on any type of oven, as long as you have a pizza stone.
