I had a bird in the freezer from last year and rather than fry it I thought I would try a beer can bird. Let's just say these birds are not built for this method, you have to cut the legs off, the bottom burns (bad) and it takes a long time for the breast to cook. Even then I had to put some in the microwave to finish (I use a meat thermometer). Looks like it will be breasting out from now on to make some great burgers and awesome meatloaf. TC
