how did you flip that without it falling apart? Or is that chicken or fish?
 
Yeah @RatherBeRiggin once I made the blackening spice up for the Mahi Mahi and Swordfish I bought, I was hooked.

Using it for all sorts of things and it has never disappointed me.

Thinking the oil and hi-heat crisped the outside and that made them somewhat durable.

Here's the last piece of the Mahi Mahi I had a couple of weeks back.

I'll have to buy some again next Winter.🌻

@hvyhaul ....wow that looks fabulous. I love Mahi Mahi too ( who doesn't...lol) and that looks fantastic in the blackening spice. ( making me hungry for sure...LOL)
I definitely will have to give it a try sometime. Thanks for sharing and great results for sure. :)
