Supper tonight was a little surf and turf. As I said in another post last night, it's been a while.
Steak and Lobster Tail, Caesar Salad and Garlic Toast.
For dessert IF we feel like having dessert later, we'll have strawberries topped with whipped cream.
Cut the lobster tail down the middle, tail to head, pulled the meat out, butterflied it on top of the shell. A couple shots of Lea and Perrins, a pinch each of Mesquite Rub, season salt, pepper, some parmesan cheese lightly sprinkled over it, and topped with a tablespoon of garlic butter, into the oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
