The Wife came home the other day with two 50% off pork side rib racks meaning $4 dollars a rack.

Did the 3-2-1 method at 220*. Super smoke for the first 3 and then normal smoke during the wrap and saucing, all with Hickory.

Verdict, yummy and sticky, The Wife is pleased.

Absolutely a killer bargain.

The Wife really liked the addition of honey to the process, great subtle flavour addition.

I'd say that was score.

We were at costco yesterday, so I grabbed a pair of big thick racks. Got home and looked at the bill, $36 and change.

I don’t think the ribs I bought would feed you both 30 dinners, lol.
