Gave my daughter my 270 as can use around here. She has dropped 3 moose with it no issues 1 bullet in each of them and down

I love my .270 tikka t3x lite stainless
So accurate feels so good when shouldering it
Perfectly balanced

I use a .270WSM as my all arounder in a Sako. Will take anything in Canada down but does force one to hone one's skills. For larger game like Moose, not the bludgeon a .300MAG will be, more like a surgical strike.

I practice at Crumlin Sportsman Club, not so much in the 5 years or more but quite a bit in the past to become proficient.

Granted .270WSM is not going to be found at Bob's bait in Hornepayne ON...so prepare properly.
