Traeger Pork & Poultry rub, Kinsman Maple BBQ sauce. Ribs fell apart when trying to take off the Traegar Ranger. Highly recomended.

3 hours at 180 bone down after applying rub.
2 hours at 225 double wrapped in tinfoil meat side down. Did brush with some apple juice before wrapping.
1 hour at 225 remove tin foil and finish bone down after sauce applied

no probs, no timers, just watching a good ole clock on the wall. Started at 12, wrapped at 3, sauced at 5, eating at 6.

the beer clock was not operational at the time......lol

The recipes are good but if you have a programmable Treager don't load the cook into memory, they always forget and screw up the details and it doesn't cook the way the recipe is written. 🌻
Thanks for the heads up. I haven't tried that feature yet. Sounds like I'm not going to..
