Lazy lasagna

We tried a new recipe tonight on the traeger. It was a hit.

Boil broken up lasagna noodles in a large pot and boil until cooked, then drain. Add tomato sauce, cooked ground beef and/or any other ingredients you like into the pot and stir. Pour contents of pot into oven safe container, in our case a cast iron pan. Top with your choice of cheeses, ours were parm, ricotta, and mozzarella. Cook at 375°f for 1 hr, then crank it up to 450°f to brown the cheese.

Saved some time over the standard layering process but tasted just as good as our traditional lasagna. Served with Pillsbury biscuits also made on the traeger(one of our faves, so easy).
