My wife mentioned she wanted something a little different for supper tonight.
I said, "fish and chips"
KNOWING she'd give me this look>>
She's says she doesn't like fish, but I can get her to try a bite, once in a while, but it's VERY rare and the look on her face ALWAYS says, "hey.....this ain't so bad." But when I ask her if she liked it, she always says, "I'll NEVER admit it." Oh well, more for me right.
So anyways, she wanted something different so this is what I did for supper tonight.
A version of what some restaurants would call "a Ukrainian Dinner."
Perogies, (potato bacon and green onion) deep fried, Kielbasa, Smokies, and Meat balls.
