The Wife, two of our kids, their kids and our football playing nephew were at the Mandarin for lunch yesterday. (only take him to buffets now) So due to that I had a preconceived idea of what was coming from @jammer

Looks great! I love the taste but get annoyed doing the battering job.

If you like shrimp, do them just like the picture on the container, it’s excellent. I first dust them in flour seasoned with Old Bay, then egg, panko.

We've been using Panko for years. Costco has a box with twin bags.

I find if you press the fish in it firmly... Works better...
