Texas Meat bbq

Ended up in Texas this week. Made the bright idea of searching out “Ten50” in town (Plano texas). 110 bucks US. First cut Brisket and everything was awesome last night. Chicken was not that great. Everything else was mind blowing.

Brisket was done for 12 hours in some weird method. Absolutely best in my life. The sausages were epic. The Torpedos were mind blowing. Ribs were spot on.

Beans spectacular. Waitresses? spot on!

I'm a Brisket, sausage link buyer at BBQ joints.

Don't particularly care for meat served smothered in sauce, always request on the side.

If they can't serve it meat only, I usually take a pass on it.

110 before tip but with 3 beers. Price was by weight. Yes, for 2 people.

The coworker I was with was the sucker who ordered chicken in Texas. I tried it…. Not good smoked.

Doesn't sound bad considering the pile of meat. Do they weigh you when you come in and again when you leave so you pay the difference or just your plate ? LoL !
