Waited out the east winds all morning, and decided to head out about 2pm as the winds didn't change all day. The bay was bumpy but didn't need to travel far to get into a feed of perch for a few hours of fishing. Buckshot jig with a frozen minnow chunk did the trick as I was catching piles of dinks on the dropshot. North side of the bay at the edge of the weedline in about 7-8'. The bigger ones are full of eggs, so buckle up for the fall perch feedbag
