Off Topic Pontoon Boat?

They are a pain in the ass to dock in any wind, and there have been three in my Marina alone that have gone in for pontoon replacement because of them cracking and taking on water.

I'm not thinking of the fuel savings but more of the safety and peace of mind of a secondary motor in the event that the main one fails.

There is mount kit on Amazon for pontoon or it would be real easy to just make one I don’t at all see this as an issue
