Chose to do one of my faves for father's day. Grabbed an inside round roast out of the freezer Wed, marinated in Soy, garlic and curry powder till today. Served with rice. KILLA

Did Korean cut beef ribs for supper.

Super Smoked for hours and then sauced on the grill.

Twice baked/smoked potatoes.

Baked sweet potatoes.

Sweet corn

Strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.
