Just took my 3 in 1 off this morning and am going to re-mount it lower so I can read bottom while on plane.

You may want to reconsider doing that, if you hit some flotsam it'll be pretty expensive. Better off to have one high speed transducer and keep the 3in1 mounted high.

Just had exactly same one installed 2 weeks ago, reads bottom nicely.
If you have MG trolling motor, suggest looking into nmea plug to get them connected as well!

I have seen people add a wire link (pike leader material) on crips between these two holes. Supposedly prevents the 3in1 from a play on a bumpy ride
