Hoovers Marina available for launching?

Is Hoover's marina boat ramp currently open? I was unable to get ahold of anyone there.

As of yesterday it's open not blocked or any closed signs

Ryan v was that you out at the shoal today? I saw a boat out there from Peacock Point.If so how did you do.

I was there for a couple hours and we got around 25 bass.
