Did the annual trip up to Killarney two boats, only three muskies caught this time while trolling for pike. A 44", 40" and a 38" all from my brothers boat . Great way to break in a new boat. My brothers boat landed 49 fish in total and we landed 27 fish in total . My oldest son and myself spent alot of time casting for muskie's. We had 2 fish hooked up but lost em both. We did see fish on all of our spots almost every day, some mornings we would see over 6 muskie's and not a bite. One calm morning we had a double up on follows and neither fish bit. One follow consisted of 2 fish coming in hot underneath the lure , they were swimming along side of each other really cool to see. Top water, bucktails, and old faithful Leo had the most followers, overall another great trip. Too bad the biggest fish for us was a 29.5" walleye this year and not the Big muskie we were looking for, see ya next year muskie's.
