@stomp it turned out better than expected. I must have used the right amount of liquid smoke because the taste profile was pretty much spot on compared to outside.

I got meat sleepy late in the third quarter and went to bed.

Didn't figure the miracle comeback was gonna happen. I was right.

little late to the after party...Turned out great and keeping the Bradley inside was a huge help! Wouldn't want to do it anywhere else than my wood boiler shed...dang it was smokey!!! Even got to spend some time on the pond ice fishing for Brookies and watching the kids skate
