left port 10:40 with my daughters in tow.
Was a bit rougher than I expected so I ran out 8 miles to 65ft turned around and set up 5- 7-8 leadcore on big boards with elastics .
tip from peir was bodybaits worked well, so blue silver diving husky jerk, and that smelt real image in gold I was using Wednesday . 2.5 mph
i dont have my autopilot together yet, so we would just take one rod down at a time to make it simple , we boated 3 nice walleye and one a bit smaller.
packed it up after 45 minutes as the warnings and the storm was approaching
released all fish to swim again.
Fishing is still good
