I was once told that if you put a frame around something you can call it art. LoL !
Okee dokee ! It looks like a print on canvas … ? What size is it ? Any other info on the back or bottom where the artist would have signed it ?
Otherwise if you like it ... hang it somewhere. With the wife's permission of course.
