First time on the water this summer. I know pathetic right? Took my daughter and her friend for some bass in the bay. The wind made it tough for the girls to fish, but we did ok. Ended up keeping 5 for dinner tonight. Released a few more intentionally and unintentionally lol. We never caught a fish until we moved to 5’ between Pottahawk and the cottages. Stopped for a swim at Pottahawk before getting beat up on the way back to Rowan! Still a great day out.
