going out tomorrow morning first time

Storing fish overnight
corey06 i have left them in the cooler overnight covered in ice & they were fine. the one thing leaving them on ice overnight is that the blood in the fish coagulates & when you clean them they dont bleed as much because the blood has gelled. les- moreorles2000

Which would you Spool?
go lead core. that is the first rod to go out.i have mono backing then i have 10 color lead core then about 40 ft of of flouro leader. with the line counter on my reel i would let out 3 or 5 or what ever i wanted to use & check what my counter says & when you get hits you just repeat the # on...- moreorles2000
