$3.99/lb starting tomorrow at Metro if anyone cares
Thanks. It is a roast, albeit a tough one, so you could separate the flat from the point and cook them separately.
You can cook any method you want, but you'll have to cook it how brisket demands to be cooked for it to be tender.
Unless cooked properly (slowly) it will be tough and not really enjoyable.
Personally, I think steaks would not work out at all unless done in a slow cooker.
Thanks for the heads up. We've been meaning to buy a deep freezer for awhile now. This may just be the push I need.$3.99/lb starting tomorrow at Metro if anyone cares
Thanks.
I’ll leave the Briskets for you smokers.

Anyone know if the employees are still on strike at metro?
Maybe I’ll try the bbq. Next thing you know I own a smoker though.I did one in the oven and it was respectable.
I added a hint of liquid smoke to the exterior to kind of replicate smoking.
Low and slow on the BBQ would also be fine.
Keep the temperature below 325 and watch the internal temperature.
Don't give up so easy @Tyler0420
That's good.back to work for a couple weeks
Now is the time. Everything is sure to be on clearance.Maybe I’ll try the bbq. Next thing you know I own a smoker though.
