Where to launch for the elbow?

Hi guys,
where is the best place to launch when fishing the elbow? I will be coming from Hamilton.

I always launch from Hoovers in Nanticoke.
not the greatest facilities but it gets you fishing .

The Port Dover Harbour Marina is a first class facility with ample parking. It can handle three boats at a time and you won't need 4 wheel drive coming out. Cost is $20.00. Hoovers in Nanticoke is as the drifter56 says but I did prefer it when I had a smaller boat because the prevailing winds are SW and I would be going with the wind more often getting back to Hoovers.

Thanks guys. I use Hoovers but didn't know if there was somewhere closer to the Elbow. I see on the charts it is probably straight south out of Hoovers.
