Albert, John (Canvasback) and I started kind of late by launching at Port Dover about 8:00 am. We began by fishing out towards the Elbow but eventually worked our way east to the area south of the Nanticoke Shoal. Bingo! We started catching some fish. We fished until after 1:00 pm and even with the slow start and losing an embarrassing number of fish we still ended up with 13 eyes and a pretty big Rainbow Trout for our efforts. Best was a worm rig 275 feet straight back. We used one rigger, 2 dipsys, and 2 plastic boards with 5 and 6 colour lead core with Riplin Redfins and basically all got a few fish. Water depth was 50 to 65 feet where we were catching and water temp was 72.7F
