Stock up Sunday

Made 42 Pork/ Venison Cabbages rolls using my Mom's recipe book.
I tried some pickled cabbage leaves (sauerkraut) I bought at J&D Sausage in Brantford (Polish Butcher shop) for a dozen.
Covered each layer with bacon.
Im sure I'll have some happy family members when I deliver a taste for them.

Looks amazing.

I drive by J & D from time to time on Elgin Street. Almost always absolutely crazy busy.

Must be great stuff.
