Walleye, lemon, vadalia onion, and home dried dill. Bar-b-qued at 400.

I cook them in a cast frypan (stovetop) or any fry pan for that matter. add a wee bit of oil, start frozen, don't thaw them out or they will possibly fall apart. Likely no longer than 15 minutes. I gently flip them over multiple times so the panko starts to brown up.
