My 2 cents cook a muskrat on a stick over a fire til it's fully cooked, than throw away the muskrat and eat the stick lol

Marsh Hare Dinner ! Yummy ! Like most rodents they are vegetarians much like rabbits or squirrels. Also yummy !

Muskrats I might try, but snapping turtle is great. “Scratch” always amazed me cooking.
