First time neighbour and I actually got sequenced.

Took over a bottle of MMS for him to use while he smokes everything tomorrow. .

I have 3 rainbows to my colleague
Not sure what recipe he will use but said he will smoke them
Gave 3 to my friend who couldn’t come fishing with us but normally does
I know he tossed one on the bbq the other day

I have a fillet and the rest of my salmon soaking in a brine which I plan to bring to my buddies house to use his smoker tonight lol
I require a new smoker! Ugggh
And have a few in the freezer for a smoke fest in a couple of weeks lol

Both of us really like it.

Before this smoke the two of us had talked about gifting our next caught bows. That probably isn't going to happen the way originally thought now. LOL

I did a mix of large and small pieces giving me both some tender sections and jerky like pieces.

Looks like the product of a bradley electric smoker.. and a tasty one at that!
