Port Dover

[Finally Fishing]

I met an old buddy today from Port Dover. He tells me they are catching jumbos off the pier and the rocks by the marina. Anyone been to Dover lately?

I have caught and have been seeing the odd jumbo (10 inches +)caught...been very slow fishing this year though. Guys with 10+ fish usually have a bunch of tiny (6-7 inches) perch in there pails and one or two good sized ones. On top of that it takes about 6+ hours of fishing to maybe get around 12-15 fish. On a good day maybe 4 hours. A couple of weekends ago a school came through one night off the pier...but other than that S L O W!!!

I don't know @Big Dave ...but if this kind of fishing keeps up I might be meeting him lol
