Fishing Report Port Dover marina Aug 11th - windy day

Only sunfish in the marina. Would not even try to go out and play in those waves today because docking by myself in this wind would be an adventure. Temp is 77F at the dock. Loads of blue gills.

Wish this wind would give us a break!

Unfortunately not until Friday. This weekend and next week looks great at this point if it holds.

I am going to admit to thinking about @Derkd9’s week off while checking on my boat this morning… and then checking the forecast for next week.

The lake should be full off weed balls now in front of the marina. My wife sent me a pic of the waves breaking over the pier the other day.

This weather is going to spin and turn into a North-east cooling front. Hopefully that stabilizes by early/mid week.
