The wife and I launched from North Erie Marine with 1 scoop of minnows in search of a feed of Perch and as always Greg treated us great . We moved around a couple of times till we found them but when we found them they were on a feeding frenzy . Lots of big ones to be had . 35 feet south east of the mouth about 1 1/2 miles out big fat and full of Goby's ( no eggs ) . We released all over 13 1/2 inch's and under 11 inches and still brought home 22 for a feed . The new side scan helped locate the schools and Large minnows seemed to be the preference . It was a great start to the season and can't wait to get out again .
