@packrat ,the rub is based on @misty river's recipe, the potatoes (I am so ashamed) are Zehrs wedge fries dropped into the fryer to crisp them up for a sec. Missing in action, I usually do dill pickle wedges, but when I opened the fridge I knew that wasn't going to happen.

DIlls are at the top of the shopping list.
