I have seen the signs posted in Bruce but can anyone provide more details on the upcoming perch derby out of North Erie Marina... I see it is advertised as two days?
 
The 2day event is July 5and6 and it is the annual Community Port Bruce Rate Payers perch derby held every year, it goes with the free fishing weekend I believe, all money goes to the community to improve the parks ,pier,ect.

It is 10.00 to enter, most business here have tickets, and display rules, donations are also expected for prize pool as well

We will be also donating all $10:00 ramp fees that weekend with proof of entre ticket to this community cause at Rushcreek

Yes it will be good, hopefully weather, and perch will co operate , were trying to collect as many minnows as possible for this event, the southern winds this week are not helping
