Not sure about the pier but the boat launch was promised for May 24 weekend...was down there last week and it looks like they are still working on it.
Lots of big equipment and the area was completely fenced off.

Yes once again got to wonder how a permit was issued for in water work after march 15 from m.n.r. when all of the rest of us here are denied every time

Hum..... in water work closed from march 15 to June 15 for every one else in area, but they did the same thing for the sub in Burwell ,I can't even place a rock or scoop a shovel of dirt out during that season
