My son and I picked up 2 scoops from NEM Burwell yesterday. Beauty minnows and a great scoop. Can I blame the minnow and not the fisherman for blanking on perch?

I got my minnows from NEM Bruce yesterday, so it can't be the minnows OR the fishermen. Must have been something in the air. Blame the weather man. I always do 😉 especially when they get it right almost 100% of the time in winter, but they never seem to get it right in the summer. Always windier than they say it's going to be, and that wind always seems to be coming out of any direction but for the one they say it's going to be.
