Lake Simcoe Ice Fishing

We spent the day up on Lake Simcoe on Satuday. The ice is solid and the perch fishing was great. The lakers are being caught in good numbers this year as well. We caught a lot of cisco but unfortunatly the season is closed on the lake fo them and they all had to go back. Thanks to Steves fish huts for taking care of us. We will be back soon. 8D

Yupper. The better half and I were up yesterday, and, had a blast. Didn't do well on size (took home 10 that will make a really nice meal tonight) but caught 100's of 5-7" dinks. Also caught and released 5 herring.
