the flags are already flapping a few blocks in from the lake..may be a short lived trip as it is supposed to blow harder this afternoon

One of the weather sites I use says it's a light WNW wind right now, but by 10 or so it's supposed to swing around and be from the WSW 15 and by noon 20, the other says SW 20 gusting to 40 by 11am.
Environment Canada has wind warnings up for the lake (as usual this year it seems)
