Jamaica fishing?

Heading east of Montego Bay around Coral Springs mid February. Any suggestions on shore or off shore fishing greatly appreciated.

Across the Carribbean in Cuba, I see the natives just standing waist deep in water and casting out with a lure or sometimes live bait.
