Like the title says, it's been a while since I posted a picture of something I cooked. Soooooo,
Tonight's supper.
Chicken Cordon Blue (Chicken breasts stuffed with Swiss Cheese and ham then breaded. Cooked them in the oven. ) and a garden salad.
For the sauce I reduced some red wine to cook the alcohol off, (gotta call my dad and tell him there's enough alcohol in that batch that it caught fire when I reduced it
) then added a mushroom gravy.
It appears I learned how to use my new phone for taking pictures. This one is much better than that one I posted showing my fishin rods after buying a new one yesterday.
