Hours of Mid-peak and On-peak get switched around today and run until October 31st.
 
I'm on a pension and plan my chores around the On-peak hours as my last few bills averaged 300 bucks each. The price per kilowatt hour hasn't changed so they must be jacking up the Delivery fee ? AC and heating use up the most juice followed by hot water tank then washer/dryer/oven/fridge/freezer/lights/TV. I won't curse the darkness for fear of lighting the candle but by working smart I can save a lot of candles. LoL !
