How are things looking?

Now that some have been hunting the unit, how's the water levels looking in the marsh?

I'll be starting down there soon, just curious. Took a walk out there in early Sept. It didnt look good then, but not horrible.

Officially water levels are 47 centimeters above chart datum. Based on past experience levels are similar to what you would likely experience at the end of November in an average year. Hunters will have to be cautious and check water levels before choosing a blind and also keep an eye on things during the day. The most efficient place to check levels is at a boat ramp before committing to a blind and sticking a marker in the bottom at the blind will allow you to keep an eye on things during the hunt.

well the water is low .watched a couple of guys motor down the lake at TP close to the point BANG lots of brown water flying in the air never knew what hit them.becarefull
