That sounds like a ice fishing tactic @Fish Farmer (in the ice hut), by using a buck-shot jig & a worm or a minnow on long point bay for perch last February,2021. You have already proven that it works for walleye’s out of a boat as well. I will give the buck-shot jig a try out of my boat for walleye’s this year as well & light line fishing is the way to go!! Tight lines and walleye’s ON!! to All!!

Congratulations @Fish Farmer and I remember reading your post last year about that & that kind of fishing must of have been a blast!! It is definitely my style of fishing as well!!
