Can't understand most of what is said on "Coronation St." on tv......or really ANY British television show...(which is why I don't watch'em)....can't always understand what certain Americans are saying, (those from the deep south as the example) and unless they're really drunk, (or I was) I had a hell of a time understanding NEWFIES...........and we're all supposedly speaking the same language. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

And that's before all those other words that are spelled the same, but pronounced and/or mean something different....ie I'm going to go read (pronounced if spelled as sounded, REED) a book.........but I read (pronounced if spelled as sounded RED) your comment about urine......;):LOL:
