Love to brag. 50 perch in 50 min. Not skinned. Have been doing this for 50 years though. Have been doing 1 a min. for quite some time nowI don't think you can beat an electric knife for speed. I can do 50 Perch J-cut fillets ready for the freezer in 1-1/2 hours.... ? ? ??...The problem is finding 50 Perch.....LOL
