Stock up while you are there @Derkd9 ! The furthest East I have found it is in Thunder Bay. Its made in Kenora, I bring back 4 or 5 bags every time I'm back in Winnipeg. I've started to buy the one with reduced sodium and I don't find the taste to be much different. It is awesome on fish!

What brand is the regular sealer? I've been looking for a new one and have not narrowed it down yet. Would like to go the chamber vac route but they are certainly not the price you paid!

Looks awesome! I do it pretty much the same way but vacuum seal it. An electric knife does a great job cutting the kernels off.
